Born in Mexico City, Iván Escalante began his professional path through architecture and the arts before finding his place in gastronomy.
Today, his work brings together cooking, travel, culture and a deep appreciation for local ingredients and producers.
He has created culinary experiences for private clients, national and international musicians, tourism projects, retreats, brands and cultural institutions.
