CREATIVE PROJECTS

WHERE GASTRONOMY MEETS ART, CULTURE AND IDEAS

Iván collaborates with artists, brands, agencies, cultural institutions and creative teams to develop original food concepts, menus and culinary experiences.

From food and art collaborations to product experiences, workshops and gastronomic concepts, each project begins with an idea and becomes an experience through food.
