THE STUDIO

Iván Escalante’s Studio is a creative space where food meets art, design, objects and ideas.

A place to cook, experiment, research, produce and develop new projects.

This is where dishes and culinary experiences come to life, but also products, artwork, kitchen and table objects, collaborations and publications.

Some ideas become a dish.
Others become a product, a unique object, an image, an experience or a book.

The Studio is also where Iván is currently developing his first book about cooking and diabetes — a personal project bringing together stories, recipes and experiences around family food and living with type 1 diabetes.

A space in constant motion, where different disciplines come together around one simple idea: creating through food.
